Here at Simply done we stick to this guide for healthy eating, we start with fresh Meats and Vegetables and prepare them to be delicious but not add any non needed calories or additives, you will rarely see anything fried on our menu ( We did fry sweet potato chips once, in coconut oil) you will not find anything on our menu loaded with trans fats or grease. What you will find are whole fruits, veggies, greens, meats, grains, pastas, cheeses, and occasionally a bread or greek yogurt. WE strive to create a healthy balanced meal for every night of the week and keep our menu fresh and affordable for you the consumer.
